8th: We will learn how to add citations to papers. We’ll work with hooks, clinchers, more thesis practice and do MORE BOX OUTLINES! We will do a Utah Write and submit it in class on Tuesday 2/25. 2/26 we will begin the background and introduction into Fahrenheit 451.
9th: We will begin the intro to To Kill a Mockinbird where we will infer, read for context clues, figurative language, listening, speaking… we will begin reading the text itself. We will do a Utah Write and submit it in class on Tuesday 2/25. TiMs are due on Friday both weeks!
As always, we will have our spelling or Greek/Latin test on Fridays and the work that goes with that is also due.
