Course Description:
Students in Children’s Literature will do some of the following throughout the year: create a coloring book, retell a popular myth, retell folk tales and nursery rhymes, create touchy feely books and busy books, write and a perform a puppet show and read work to the rest of the class.
Rules
School wide rules, policies and guidelines will be followed. ALL school policies on safety, dress, and use of technological devices will be enforced.
Rubrics: All “books” are graded for presence of: a plot, best work, creativity, punctuation, spelling and following directions given in class. However there are other items that are looked for depending on the assignment.
