- Tara Stephens currently teaches 8th and 9th grade English/Language Arts and previously was the Library/Media Specialist at Syracuse Arts Academy. She strives to help each student to reach their greatest potential. Although she has taught preschool through college, junior high is her favorite age group. She previously taught in Montana and in a Department of Defense school. She also served in the US Army as a Medic. Mrs. Stephens obtained her Bachelors of Arts in English, Masters of Education in Curriculum Development and a Media/Library Science Minor at Montana State University. She is currently pursuing her Reading Specialist Endorsement. She is a published co-editor and presenter of A Sweet Nosegay, or Pleasant Posy: Containing a Hundred and Ten Philosophical Flowers by Isabella Whitney. Mrs. Stephens is also a soon to be published author.
