I’m actually getting this out a little further in advance this term. This is because I’m adding an element to the book report. It’s an idea that was shared with me online, that I thought I’d give a try. It’s called a Book Quote Graffiti Wall.
The students have to pick one or two quotes from their book to write on the wall. The quotes can be written at any time throughout the term as long as they’re written by the time we present the books. We will be presenting March 17-21. Below is a schedule for who will present what day this time around.
Also, here is a reminder of what the rubric looks like that I use to grade them.
Remember, the only thing I ask of the projects is that the students be as creative as they can in a way that is different from any other report they have done.
