What we did:

• Journal: Trees
• Read Beowulf as a class (chart on where each class got to today will be published at the end of the day)
• Write “found” poems as individuals

Homework:

• Read for 20 minutes
• Finish journal
• **Optional: bring in food for food drive!
• **Optional: book group will be reading up to and including chapter 2 of Frankenstein for next Thursday!
