MUG Project
The “Mug Project” is creating a mug or cup using the hand building technique of pinching, in combination with forming a face (mug) of a human, animal, or monster. Students will also learn to pull a handle for the cup/mug.
Your pinched mug/cup should have uniform thickness. It should not be too thick or to thin (avoid thick bottom edge). It should sit flat and sturdy. The face should have character. The handle should be good quality, properly attached. The cup needs to be clean and neat.
