“Name Design” due Sept. 5, 2013.
Using your “Narrative (about you)” drawing, create individual letters for your name that represent you (i.e. seashore scene created in the letter R, which was shown in class). Use low quality paper to make your first practice ideas. Use rulers, compasses, and spacers, to help make your name uniform and go together. Then create your name on the stiff white paper given out in class. Follow the rubric requirements.
Rubric: YOUR NAME DESIGN
Requirements: There must be three or more letters. The letters need to represent you and your life. The letters need to go together, and be the same height.. Two of the letters are part of an idea/object. The lines and shapes should be well defined. Use color pencils and make sure it is clean.
